What's the sizing like?

The fit on our shoes is 100% organic cotton and made of natural rubber soles, so if in any doubt size-up to ensure maximum time for feet to grow in them.

All of them are machine washable, easy peasy :)

What are the materials used?

  • They don’t have animal components.
  • They are produced using some recycled materials.
  • Grown and produced in Spain.

How to choose the correct size?

The best way is by measuring the foot, following these simple steps:

  1. Places the child's foot resting on the floor on a sheet of paper.
  2. Place the heel and end of the paper against the wall.
  3. With the foot well stretched, make a mark where the longest toe ends.
  4. Measure in a straight line from the end of the sheet of paper to the mark.
  5. Add 0.5 cm to this measurement to find out which size tally (the foot needs to breathe so that the shoe does not squeeze it).
  6. Link to size guide and find yours following table of equivalence.

What's the postage costs?

UK shipping is free on all orders over £40.

For orders under £40 there are two options; to pay £3.85 for standard second class* post or £4.95 for standard first class** post.

Local Delivery - FREE Please contact hi@holashoes.com to arrange a drop off from our base. Postage will be refunded once the order is delivered.

European postage is £15 (5-10 days).

Worldwide is £20 (7-15 days).

*First class: please allow up to 1-2 working days for delivery from shipping date.
**Second class: please allow up to 3-4 working days for delivery from shipping date but it should reach you sooner).

Can I return my item?

If you would like to make a return, please allow us up to 7 days to process your return, however if you have any queries in the meantime please get in touch at hi@holashoes.com 

If there is nothing wrong with the purchase and you've just had a change of heart, we accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you as soon as we receive the item/s back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include a note with order number, name & address so we can track down your purchase and state if you want a refund or exchange. You’ll be automatically refunded the cost of purchase on your original payment method.

Please note our customers are responsible for the cost of the postage back to us.

What if I receive a damaged item?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
